Hiring process

What the interview path looks like.

1

Send a short note

Tell us what you are proud of, the hardest workflow you have shipped, and why Meridian feels interesting to you.

2

Meet the team

We use a conversation-first interview to understand how you think, collaborate, and make tradeoffs.

3

Work through a real scenario

You will look at a realistic Meridian workflow and discuss how you would improve it for schools.

4

Decide together

If the fit is mutual, we move quickly and share the next steps without a long wait.

What we offer

A culture built for focused work.

  • Small team, direct feedback, and clear ownership.
  • Remote-friendly rhythm with India-friendly working hours.
  • Space to shape the product as the company grows.
  • Work that has visible impact on real school teams.

Interested?

Send us the hardest workflow you have shipped.

We care more about how you think than about a perfect resume. If you have built products or systems that made work simpler for real users, we want to hear about them.

Careers

Build the academic execution layer

Join a canon-first team connecting attendance, assessments, interventions, HR, and governance into one accountable system.

What we’re building

  • Workflow packs: delivery focus on the meridian_academic_school_pack; Workforce, Operations, and Intelligence are queued next.
  • Governed approvals: configurable chains with audit-grade evidence (workflow_approvals, audit_observability).
  • Scoped access: RBAC mapped to programmes, cohorts, sections, and role assignments (authorization module).

Open roles

  • Product Engineers (frontend craft, performance, and accessibility).
  • Implementation Specialists (rollouts, data readiness, change management).
  • Product Designers (complex workflow UX, zero “AI slop”).

Send your profile and the hardest workflow you’ve shipped to hello@nagu.co.

How we work

  • Canon-first: changes land in meridian-canon before surface repos.
  • Evidence-driven: every feature ships with measurement and auditability.
  • India-first hours with async-friendly rituals.
